A football pitch... I remember those. On a walk from home earlier today.

Having barely left the house in a week, this cold, sunny morning I had a stroll over to Bootham Crescent (it's 10 minutes away), as part of a lap of 'the block'. The ground, its last York City game now scheduled for Tuesday evening, is looking very shabby these days.

I thought that York's last game there had already been called off. Also, Barnet v Yeovil on Tuesday is off.
