Can someone either point me to somewhere that holds the following information, or can anyone help, please?

I'm after the cup final results of the above leagues from 1963-64 through to 1974-75. This includes the League Cup (1963-64 was a joint London and Aetolian League Cup), Benevolent Cup, Harry Sunderland, etc.

Thank you.

Info: 1968-69 League Benelovent Cup Quarter-finals held over to 1969-70, but I don't know if they were played.

Would anyone know if London/Met League results were carried by the Times or Telegraph, please? If so, I'll subscribe. Thank you.

Thank you. From the Epping website, they say that they won Benevolent Cup in 1967-68 but I have no further details.
Am I right in thinking that from sometime around 1970 the League Benevolent Cup became a reserve team competition?

Cray never played in the Benevolent Cup in the MLL (1971-75); we had no reserve team in those years. It was a reserve competition in the London Spartan League in 77-78 (Cray Res lost to Heathside Res in the final) but I don't think it was played every year.

Other cup finals Cray played in were:
64-65 GLL final Cray 2-0 Hatfield Town
65-66 GLL final Cray 2-0 W Thurrock
Both played at Ford Utd

East Ham never played in it after 68 and I sure it was a reserves cup competition after that

1969-70 ?
1970-71 Canvey Island 2-1 Swanley

Have just checked in Bob Barton's "Non-League".

Missing winners of the GLL Cup were
1966-67 Swanley
1967-68 Deal Town

MLL Cup
1971-72 Epping Town

Benvolent Cup
1965-66 Critall Athletic
1966-67 Epping Town

1972-73 Highfield
1973-74 Alma Swanley
(possibly it was a cup for Div 2 clubs in the MLL?)

The Harry Sunderland became an LSL "Senior Division" (second tier) cup for several seasons in the 1980s.
