Got this from Marca dated 26th June.
The16 clubs in the Bronze category are already beginning to analyze their rivals in one of their historic playoffs . The champions were the first to come out and the 'innocent hands' determined a brutal playoffs.
Champions Qualifying
Castellón - UD Logroñés
Cartagena - At. Balearics
The Castellón de Óscar Cano will face each other in La Rosaleda against a UD Logroñés that has been the best team of Segunda B with up to 62 points, while the orellut team will not be able to feel the heat of its 14,000 subscribers, something that they will undoubtedly notice . Two provincial capitals that will meet on Saturday, July 18.

The other tie will be Cartagena - Atlético Baleares, two of the best clubs in the Bronze category, which have had a brutal performance as a visitor, far from their fans, so, a priori, they will "better" bear the absence of their people. A very close tie that, in the event of a tie, will be decided by extra time and penalties.
"It sure is a very nice tie," said Juan José Guerreros, vice president of UD Logroñés. The representative of the La Riojan team was in charge of removing the balls from the 'seconds' vs 'quarters', a unique match in which clubs from the same group cannot face each other.
Qualifiers 'seconds' vs 'quarters'
UD Ibiza - Cornellà
Marbella - Sports Club (edit: Pena Deportiva)
Barça B - Valladolid Promises
Cultural Leonesa - Yeclano Deportivo
Luck matched very even clubs, but in some cases with greater soccer differences. The UD Ibiza de Alfaro will face each other with the Cornellà de Romo. One of the most even qualifying rounds, but with a slight advantage for the club chaired by Amadeo Salvo.
The Marbella, host of the playoffs will receive the Peña Deportiva, while there will be a duel of subsidiaries, we will see if with Ansu Fati in the green. In this case, the Cultural Leonesa, one of the highest budgets of Segunda B will face each other with the Yeclano Deportivo de Sandroni. Two of the great contrasts in this phase of promotion.
The City of Malaga and the Marbella Football Center will be the venues that will host these crossings.
'Third' qualifying rounds
Bilbao Athletic - CD Badajoz
Sabadell - Atlético B
The classified 'third parties' could leave us a tie between subsidiaries, but luck allowed them not to cross. Two of the clubs with the most potential: Badajoz and Sabadell, will not cross for the moment and will have two hard bones to crack. Bilbao Athletic de Etxeberria will face each other in the New Mirador de Algeciras against Badajoz de Munitis. While Sabadell, one of the best football proposals in the Bronze will face each other on Sunday 19 against Atlético B, who has an incredible lead: Darío Poveda and Borja Garcés.

On 24th June the following was on Marca.
TheFederation has announced that the promotion playoff to LaLiga Smartbank must be held without an audience, in accordance with the considerations it receives from the Ministry of Health, and to protect the health of all fans who could travel to Marbella to celebrate it. .

In addition, the RFEF asks all Territorial federations to play the rest of the state-level competitions also behind closed doors, and not with the public, as they claim to have heard that it was going to happen through the press. And they also discharge all responsibility for what happens in the aforementioned Territories without deciding to ignore this recommendation. (Edit: I believe these are the Tercera Division (level 4 play-offs)

Montenegran league, which had resumed, has now been cancelled, after a spike in Covid cases - which seem to follow an opening up in neighbouring Serbia. Montenegro had no new cases at all from early May to mid June but currently has 60 or so new per day.

A player at Champions Buducnost contracted the virus so last weekend's fixtures were cancelled. Yesterday it was announced that the relegation play-offs will be played tomorrow and next Tuesday.

I presume the rest of the season was cancelled as all the other league issues had already been determined ie Buducnost champions, Sutjeska and Iskra Europa League places and Grbalj relegated. The semi-finals of the cup are still outstanding, the third Europa League place goes to the winner ( which could be Petrovac or one of the other three clubs already qualified for Europe ) or the fourth place team ( Zeta as it stands at the moment )

With 5 games left, whilst the Europa League and relegation looked likely, they weren't decided quite yet.

Thanks for the further information though. I am due to visit in September, although it's not on the current list of approved countries so that could be off.

I have just read that the Montenegro Cup has been abondoned so the final Europa League slot has been awarded to Zeta, who were in 4th place when the League was abondoned.
