Frank Brogan (Glasgow Celtic, Ipswich Town, Morton and Halifax Town)

Frank was born in born in Stepps, Glasgow, in August 1942, his career saw him play top flight football in both Scotland and England, having joined Celtic straight from school.

Made his debut for Celtic in 1961 however his younger brother Jim ended up having a longer career with Celtic.

Frank moved to Ipswich in 1964 and scored 58 goals in 203 league games, however he broke his ankle in 1970 and was let go by the Town.

A couple of games for Morton then he joined Halifax Town in 1971 but another broken ankle saw Frank give the game up.

He ended up running a taxi firm in Falkirk.
