Most consecutive home draws? Can't Post or Reply Privately

Hi all,

I'm assuming we are nowhere near the record (whatever that is), but Scarborough Athletic have opened the season with seven consecutive home draws. In those seven games, we've seen just 10 goals, with five 1-1 draws and two 0-0 draws.

Any idea what the longest such sequence is?

1-1 v Buxton
0-0 v South Shields
0-0 v Witton
1-1 v Marske (FA Cup)
1-1 v Warrington
1-1 v Basford
1-1 v Stafford

Most consecutive draws: 8:
Torquay United (Third Division, 196970)
Middlesbrough (Second Division, 197071)
Peterborough United (Fourth Division, 197172)
Birmingham City (Third Division, 199091)
Chesterfield (League One, 200506)
Southampton (Championship, 200506)
Swansea City (Championship, 200809)

Obviously these aren't the first games in a season
