Just been "banned". Was logged in, using Edge on Windows 10. Was in the General Discussions Forum. Wouldn't let me access until I closed the window and opened a fresh one, then straight in.

Surely it can't be to do with the ads can it? That never occurred to me.
Can a few other people with ad blockers try this to either rule it out or in.

I have not suffered from this problem at all. I don't use an ad blocker on any of my devices.

I dont have an ad blocker and have suffered frequently.

I DO have an ad-blocker but HAVE NOT been affected.
Northwood, Threave Rovers, Arsenal, Rangers (the real ones, NOT qpr),Watford, Rochdale, queen of the south and a few others.

I have adblocker on my laptop, only been banned twice, many days unaffected.
No adblocker on my phone, far more instances of being blocked over a few days.

Probably tempting fate here but, for the first time since this all started, it hasn't happened to me at all today (with one possible expection - I can't remember if it happened when I first accessed the site early this morning, which would have been from a page I'd kept open while logged out overnight).

Just to keep you informed, this issue is still being looked at even though not everyone seems to be affected. I have not seen it myself despite being here every day usually multiple times.
It will probably require an upgrade of the existing forum software and the company that wrote it are being incredibly helpful above and beyond what I would have expected since this software stopped being developed at least 10 years ago.
So if you are still getting this problem apologies but it hasn't been forgotten.
