Website is not the best for this competition.
Appears to show competing teams but no dates of fixtures.
Found some fixtures by searching Twitter.

The Digmoor fixtures have been changed. Apparently there was a mix up in the draw with Whelley and Digmoor.

Not worked out the groups, but the fixture list I have is:

Congratulations on qualifying for the knockout stages of this season's Wigan Cup.

The draw shall be made in the first week of November 2019, with the matches then commencing in March 2020.

Will try and find out more about the earlier group stages results.
