Bonar Bridge have applied for membership of the North Caledonian League for next season.

A decision on their application will be made on July 13 at the NCFA AGM, subject to an inspection of their pitch etc.

Bonar Bridge were previously NCFA members, not sure exactly how many years ago they dropped out but it wasn't yesterday.

They dropped out before the start of the 2011-12 season.

Cheers Phil. Encouraging to see a team return after such a long time.

Have they been playing amateur or Welfare?

Alness Utd have withdrawn from the upcoming season's league and cup competitions. They have a lack of committee and had no ground arranged. Work has been done on the pitches at Alness Academy, the hope is to move there for next season. The U20s have also withdrawn from the NoS league.
