Trophy / Vase winners Can't Post or Reply Privately

I know they achieved it under different names but do AFC Fylde become the first club to have won both the Trophy & Vase at some point in their history . I know no one else has done it but just wondered if we count Kirkham & Wesham and Fylde as the same club .

They didn't fold and reform, simply a name change. Definitely the same club.

Two other clubs have figured in both finals, bit Fylde/KandW are certainly the only club to have won both competitions.

FGR and North Ferriby were the other clubs.

You missed out Juniors Sunny so to be accurate it should be St. Nicholas, Town, Juniors, Town etc. although there is a case for the early 1930s as well when the official name was Nuneaton AFC although everyone still called them Town.Cool

Tamworth have been in both finals as well. Won the Vase in 1989, runners-up in the Trophy in 2003.
