This link is working again, for me at least.
On the home page, which as you say consists of just the badge, clicking on the bars at top left gets you to lists of clubs, teams and league contacts.
The IT appears to be run by the person who has previously undertaken this role for the West Sussex League. This does not fill me with confidence but let's wait and see.

Thanks for that and it appears to have been updated from the AGM.

Braintree have pulled out the Reserve team due to costs (low attendances, players coming up from London to play, and few making the progression to the 1st team).

One of the outstanding issues is likely to be Leyton, who are trying to arrange a groundshare, having been kicked out of Wadham Lodge.

There's also an issue with May & Baker, who are set to play away from Barking Rugby Club from next season. They are apparently going to groundshare at Aveley, which the FA have sanctioned despite League protests (I think that is now resolved). Likely to be quite a few Friday night games at Parkside next season by the looks of it.

The announcement presumably also predates the news that Harleston's appeal had failed.

Harleston's appeal had been finalized before the AGM. I take your point about Leyton and May & Baker but the ECL website makes reference to" the Premier and two lower divisions".

This is totally against the original agreement whereby the two new divisions were to be the Eastern Senior League north/south and as such should, perhaps, have their own AGM separate from the ECL.

Whatever the reason it does seem to be delaying the issuing of fixtures.

Because of groundshares and reserve teams in the league, fixtures wouldn't be released until after the higher leagues issued theirs so I don't think that's an issue right now.
