It's often quite hard to find out what's going on until the new leagues get published, but this year things are reasonably clear at least at the higher levels.
Levels 1/2
Two up, one down, to bring the league up to the planned complement of 12. Normally two up, two down. Promotion subject to licensing, including a switch from part-time to full-time.
Relegated: Yeovil Town
Promoted: Manchester United, Tottenham
Manchester United known to meet promotion criteria. Tottenham have been talking about second place as a promotion place so seem likely to want to take it. It's not clear how many other teams in the Championship would consider promotion in future seasons and the rumour mill thinks that promotion and relegation may be the exception rather than the rule.
Levels 2/3
No relegation this season only. Normally the team in 12th would be relegated, but there were only 11 teams for this first season.
Promoted: Blackburn, Coventry United. Normally only the winners of the National League playoff would be promoted.
Promotion is subject to meeting criteria. In principle Sunderland or Cardiff City could be offered promotion if they met the criteria and their respective champions did not. As well as ground grading, the Championship sets a minimum number of hours of training or playing time per week for squad members, which clubs have to demonstrate they can meet.
The National League playoff, Blackburn vs Coventry United, is Sat 18/5, 15:00, at Bradford City FC. Normally this is a promotion playoff, this year it's just for the league trophy.
Levels 3/4
Normally 2x2 down, 4x1 up, but 11th place at each level 3 league is reprieved due to the expansion at higher levels. Extra relegation place because the northern division had 13 teams.
Relegated:
North: Doncaster Rovers Belles, Bradford City
South: C&K Basildon
Promoted:
North: Burnley
Midlands: West Bromwich Albion
South East: Crawley Wasps
South West: Keynsham Town
Levels 4/5
4x2 down, 8x1 up. 1 reprieve available due to expansion at higher levels. Further reprieves available if any regional league champions decline promotion or are unable to meet ground requirements.
Relegated:
North: Morecambe, Crewe Alexandra
Midlands: Steel City Wanderers, (Radcliffe Olympic folded)
South East: Denham United, Luton Town
South West: Poole Town, (St Nicholas dropped to County league)
No-one I've spoken to knows how the reprieve will be allocated. If it's in-division it goes to Poole Town as there is no club relegated from level 3 to the South West division. If it's on PPG it goes to Denham United, who would probably be moved into the South West division to balance the numbers.
If more reprieves crop up, this is the PPG table for clubs finishing 11th:

The North West regional league is awaiting the result of an investigation of some sort. Winners will either be Stockport County or FC United of Manchester. FCUM have one game outstanding; if they are awarded a win or the game is ordered to be replayed and their opponents can't comply, they go up. Any other outcome sees Stockport promoted.
It's not easy to find out if teams are OK to go up, but in practice most teams manage to do a groundsharing deal to meet the grading, which isn't particularly taxing. Cambridge City, whose ground is enclosed and has changing rooms but lacks any real facilities, have apparently been told they'd need dugouts and a turnstile or gate if they want to stay where they are.
Correction: Should have included East Midlands regional league being won by a development side, creating doubt as to who goes up. I would have mentioned this if I hadn't messed up recording who'd won the league in the first place...
The South West division at step 4 will have some interesting derbies, as it features Southampton Saints (independent), Southampton WFC (the long-standing club with all the history) and newly-promoted Southampton FC (the team associated with the men's club).

Yeovil Town were refused a licence for level 2 and have been bumped down to the National League south. The Championship will run one team short next season with one down, two up at the end.
I don't know if Yeovil turning up at level 3 has resulted in an extra relegation, some shuffling around and no reprieve at level 4, or if level 3 is going to run with an extra team this year, as it did last year.

A couple of announcements that I hadn't seen:
At the end of May, Leicester City Development were spun off as a separate club, resurrecting the name Leicester United but completely unconnected to the old club of that name. This seems to be the equivalent of the fake reserve teams that have sprung up in the men's game, except in this case LCFC already have a reserve team so this is a "fake third team" if you see what I mean.
On 16 June the Women's National League announced their constitution, which clarified that the reprieve at tier 4 went to Poole Town and the new Leicester United met the criteria for promotion. None of the other promoted teams had any issues, other than Cambridge City who arranged a ground share as their ground wasn't compliant.
Note that QPR have rebranded as Hounslow.
Another thing I'd missed was that Guiseley Vixens folded at the end of the season. So Yeovil slotting into tier 3 has pushed Loughborough Foxes into the Northern Division with no division required to run with 13.

Another change last week as Southampton Saints folded. The South West division at level 4 will run one short this season.
Meanwhile at level 5 I've seen it reported that Steel City Wanderers have folded their first team, but are carrying on at other levels. I haven't seen that formally confirmed as yet.

The original is Southampton WFC, who set all sorts of unwanted records a number of years ago by being relegated something like 4 or 5 successive seasons but somehow managed to avoid actually going under. They've recently clambered their way back to level 4.
Saints were the original club affiliated to the men's club, who became independent when funding got shut off something over a decade ago. This is a pretty common origin story for independent women's clubs that share the name of men's teams. Southampton FC establishing a new in-house women's team was always likely to make it tricky for two independent clubs to keep going at a high level.

Yes, Hounslow are the club formerly known as QPR, while London City Lionesses are what was once Millwall. In both cases, age-group football is carrying on under the old name, run by the parent club, while the first team has gone independent.
Hounslow have also moved to CB Hounslow, which I hadn't spotted. I guess that adds them to the select group of women's teams that have their own ground.
