Doubles - Saturday 11th May Can't Post or Reply Privately

The final round of FA Womens Super League matches all kick off at 1230 with the final Womens Championship matches all 1730 offering scope for doubles.

Yeovil Town v Birmingham City, back at Dorchester after Tuesday's 0-8 defeat to Chelsea was played at Huish Park, can be doubled with Dorset League matches at 3pm:
Premier:
Chickerell United v Tisbury United (The Stalls well worth doing)
Corfe Mullen United v Beaminster (at Milborne St Andrew)
Division 1 - Upwey & Broadwey v Sturminster Marshall (at Cranford Avenue)
Division 4 - Redlands Rebels v Verwood All Stars Development (Rebels need to win this to clinch promotion)

In the Championship, Charlton Athletic v Leicester City (1730 @ VCD) can be doubled with games at 1445 in Kent County League, 1430 in Bromley & South London League, 1415 in Rochester League or Tatsfield Rovers 1400 in Sevenoaks & District League Division 3. Can't find anything near enough to Dartford crossing to make a treble with West Ham v Brighton at Rush Green.

There are a number of matches in the Northern Alliance (kick off time is usually 2.30pm) which can be doubled with Sunderland v Portsmouth in the League 1 playoff at 7.30pm. Tickets still available.

Milborne St Andrew also well worth a visit on a nice afternoon.

There is a treble on offer (at a relatively low level):

10.30am Bankes Charity Cup Final - Hamworthy United v Downton at Shaftesbury.

3.00pm Plenty of options, including Donhead United v Wool United Reserves (Dorset League 3) which is 2 miles from Shaftesbury and is a straight fight for the title. I'm heading for Dunkeswell Rovers v Bravehearts (Devon & Exeter 5) where the home side need a win for the title.

6.15pm Perry Street League Kenny Hodges Cup Final, Chard Rangers v Uplyme at Ilminster Town

The final of the Essex Alliance Senior Division Cup (Docklands Albion v Jolof Sports) is at 6pm on Saturday at Dagenham's Victoria Road, providing potential doubles with the Div. 2 cup final (2pm also at Dagenham), Basildon Town at 1.30 in the Essex Olympian League or, if you have your own transport, Bush Hill Rangers in the Herts County at Enfield playing fields (next to Enfield Town FC). The other possibility is the Herts County game at Evergreen although this might be a bit tight (59mins with no hold ups according to Google).

Durham City v Tottenham Hotspur (5:30pm at New Ferens Park) also reachable from most Northern Alliance 2:30pm games.

2pm according to the league’s own website, which is probably more accurate.

Am I right in thinking that this is a different ground from Chesterfield Town?

Same ground I think ... might be a different pitch as there’s two to choose from.

Further research suggests it is a different ground. Chesterfield Town postcode is S40 2JJ and is further along Langer Lane.

A treble still possible with Sheffield United v Millwall Lionesses, 5:30pm at Olympic Legacy Park and anything from Carlton Athletic (2:30pm) to Castle Donnington (2pm) reachable from Linby.

Add the Ancaster Cup Final at Bourne Town from Linby (14:00) Cottesmore AFC v Stamford Belvedere.

Donhead United now kicking off at 1:30pm. Only just spotted this on their Facebook page. If already at Shaftesbury you should still easily be able to make it and a treble possible with Yeovil & District League Premier Division Cup Final - Templecombe Rovers v Ashcott - 4:30pm, the third of a triple header of cup finals at Somerton Town FC. The others being Queen Camel v AFC Strode - Division 2 Cup Final (1230) and Odcombe v Milborne Port - Division 1 Cup Final (1430) - please note this one is NOT being played 1245 at Odcombe as was listed in last week's Traveller.
