Not a sports presenter as such but there was an item on BBC London local news about Arsenal fans attempting to get to the Europa League Final. The backdrop for the item showed the European Cup trophy instead of the actual silverware Arsenal will be competing for.
Just because you're paranoid, it doesn't mean they're not out to get you.

Gary Lineker announced during the programme tonight that '55 weeks ago this week, Kenneth Wolstenholme presented the first ever Match of the Day'. Of course he meant to say 55 years .

Connor McNamara managed to get himself in all sorts of tangles as to how many qualifying rounds there are in the FA Cup. At one point there were only 3 more rounds before Leagues 1 and 2 come in and then there were 8 before the Premier League and Championship clubs join.

Alistair Cook said on TMS that if bits came off a batsman's helmet and hit the stumps they could be out bowled It would be "hit wicket" not bowled

BT's National League highlights show started with Barrow's trip to "Berkshire" to play Woking. Where was this game played I wonder....

One from the BBC website. In an article about Italian Serie A teams wanting to be able to use 5 subs during leagues games the article ends with the statement "The Football Association announced in 2018 that it would permit an extra substitute in the latter stages of the FA Cup, from the quarter-finals onwards, while the Football League has permitted a fourth substitute in extra-time in all EFL Cup ties since 2017." Of course, since 2018/19 there is no extra time in the EFL Cup except in the final.
The feeling of utter devastation when you pick up your mug and realise you already finished your tea.

During BT Sport's coverage of Dover v Southend, the commentators stated that no non-league side had yet beaten a league side in the FA cup first round. On listing some of the non-league sides who had managed a draw against league sides, they included Salford's draw against Burton
