Glasshoughton Rock are from the Wakefield League. They won it last season as Rock, but clubs with "pub names" are not allowed in the WYAL.

Glassy Rock is Rock Inn (winners of Wakey League last year) with an enforced name change to comply with league rules, + a ground move from Queens Park to Townville /Airedale Academy.

The committees decision on the abandonment between Field and Headingley is likely to impact one of the relegation places.

Does anyone know in what minute and what the score was at the time of the abandonment?

Abandoned at half time. Field down to 10 men. Drawing the game when abandoned.

It was mentioned at Carlton last Saturday and a WY Committee chap told me that the match will have to be played, but they are waiting the outcome of a County FA investigation in to the cause of the abandonment. It allegedly involves a spectator confronting the Assessor (of match officials) following the home player being sent off,

From the league sec:

A decision was made yesterday regarding the game: The league have reviewed the available information regarding this fixture and after consultation in the days since the last LMC meeting (13th May) have decided that with the arrival of the end of the NLS Step 7 playing season, the fixture can not and will not be replayed or rearranged in the time before the FAs June 1st deadline and closedown. On that basis a decision has been made that the score of the match at the time of the abandonment should stand (league Rule 20 E v). Both teams will be awarded one point on the basis of this result and the league tables adjusted accordingly, thereby completing the leagues programme for 2018-19.

Confirmation received that the match report said 1-1.
This saves Headingley from relegation and relegates Rawdon Old Boys (if 3 teams are to be relegated).

League Table on Fulltime still not adjusted two weeks after!

Still showing both clubs having played 29 games.
