Watford FC supporter hence the name also follow Hull FC but rarely get to see either these days.

Have now visited over 800 grounds, progress in recent years has been rather slow and will continue to be as things stand.

Any idea what the league mean when they wrote, earlier today:

Quote
Division 4 clubs invited to apply for a place in Division 3. This will create a vacancy in Division 4 for any new clubs or teams thinking of applying to join the League for next season.

I'm trying to work out if this vacancy in division 3 is is for the 2018-19 season or for 2019-20 (if the latter, surely the way to "apply for a place in Division 3" is to finish in the top two in Div.4).

I've been told I should get out more. More?!

I take it as a club moving up to division three for the forthcoming season, therefore would suit a side who thought they should have been placed in division three anyway.

Several changes in the confirmed constitution with no sign of Morley Village or Tugas United.

I understand 5 teams have applied to join for 2019-20. Not aware of any names at the moment though.
