Brian Cant RIP Can't Post or Reply Privately

TV Presenter Brian Cant dies aged 83. Anyone over 50, or even over 40 will have been brought up with his voice, he narrated Camblewick Green, Trumpton and Chigley and was also a regular presenter on Play School and Play-Away. The flags at Pippin Fort have been lowered to half mast and band at the Chigley Biscuit factory will play a tribute before the Six O'clock dance. RIP Brian and thanks for many great childhood memories.

Mrs Cobbit is doing brisk business while Chippy Minton is working overtime making the Coffin. I wonder what Windy thinks.

Proper entertainment for kids in those days, Brian Cant with the more laid back stuff and Johnny Ball with his educational stuff. And Toni Arthur for the dads.

With a procession through Trumptonshire using Lord Belborough's engine Bessie to enable people to pay their respects

RIP

Just because you're paranoid, it doesn't mean they're not out to get you.

One of my few childhood favourites who didn't end up in the clink!

Top man was Brian Cant, made Play School unmissable. RIP.
