Is the host team one of the 92 in 2016-17 season?

YES they are currently one of the 92.

South of Severn/Wash line?

Just because you're paranoid, it doesn't mean they're not out to get you.

Guess at May 5th 2012 Barnet beat Burton Albion 2-1 to escape relegation to the Conference...it was the third year on the trot that Barnet had escaped relegation on the final day of the season.

If by end of season game, you mean final match, then NO.

I meant last league game of the season for the club in question.

See #15......either way Tykey it's a NO.

Here's a quick recap....

We are seeking a 21st Century game that created a "first/record".

No animals were involved.
Played South of Wash/Severn line.
Played during April/May. Not home teams final game of the season.
Not a League or National Cup competition game.
Home team currently one of the 92, but not in Prem/Champ and have been National League Champions between 2010/11 - 2015/16 seasons inc. And it's not Luton.
Since the game in question they have played in Conference/National league.

That just about covers it so far.....

And I think you mentioned the team was one of the 92 at the time of the e/o, Ron, which I reckon leaves two possible home teams so.... was it a Barnet home game?

G) The 2011 Herts Senior Cup final between Barnet and Stevenage. Both finalists were FL teams at the time.

Shot hits the bar!
Right game, wrong reason.
Could be an almighty scramble now to stick away the loose ball.

Guessing that Paul Fairclough may have had a role with both clubs at the time?

Another fine effort that sails wide.
Paul Fairclough did have involvement with both clubs but he was not the reason for the 'first/record '

Ex-OB hero Roy Carroll's only game (as of yet) as manager, one game, one trophy. Pretty good record.

GOAL!!!

The late sub mip sticks it away.
Yes it was Roy Carrolls only game as manager.
With a 100% win record and a trophy to boot could Roy claim to be the games most successful manager of all timeLaugh

Well done and over to you Michael.

Right place at the right time.

Carroll played a season and a half for the Superleague side in Odense back around 2010. A great goalkeeper and a firm favourite with fans. Sadly not the easiest of times off field for Carroll.
