At last here is the confirmed constitution! We've soldiered on with a provisional constitution since the AGM, as two hours before the AGM Willington rescinded their resignation, then in turn rescinded that, and so it went on. The league wanted to give them every opportunity to get their affairs in order and continue, hench no final constitution until now, but in the end this showed little sign of happening. In the meantime, reality kicked in for new boy's Nottingham City, and they withdrew their membership having been voted in at the AGM after announcing they would miss the 16th August kick off by several weeks due to player unavailability. After all those unwelcome distractions, we are now left with a confirmed line up of: Premier Division: Allestree Chellaston Cromford Derby Rolls Royce Leisure Little Eaton Melbourne Dynamo Newhall United Pastures Rowsley 86 Sandiacre Town Tibshelf Wirksworth Ivanhoe Wirksworth Town Woolley Moor United Division One: AFC Rocester Ambergate Aston Bargate Rovers Derby Singh Brothers FC Stockbrook Rangers Matlock United Newhall United Reserves Ripley Town Rowsley 86 Reserves Shirebrook Rangers Stapleford Town Wirksworth Town Reserves Division Two: Ambergate Reserves Bargate Rovers Reserves Chellaston Reserves Chesterfield Town Derby Deaf Little Eaton Reserves Matlock Town (C.F.A) Melbourne Dynamo Reserves Pastures Reserves Punjab United Roe Farm Sandiacre Town Reserves Sherwin Shirebrook Rangers Reserves Willington Sports Woolley Moor United Reserves

Do any of these clubs have the potential to climb the pyramid?

Sandiacre were in the CML a few tears back and had / have? floodlights but they have been poor on the pitch recently. Ripley in population terms really should have a team higher up the pyramid. Others will know more. Mickleover RBL, Mickleover Royals and Swanwick Pentrich Road have all recently moved up to the CML (now floodlights not required. Allenton did but have disbanded. Other of these teams have fair sized populations with no direct competitor in their immediate location (i.e. that town or suburb)

Well Ripley is by far the largest town of that lot so they'd have a reasonable chance. I make the next largest Nottinghamshire's Stapleford, so again could move upwards. Wirksworth, Sandiacre, Newhall and Melbourne are all market towns with 5000+ populations so Step 7 or even 6 not beyond them maybe!
