Re: [Richard Rundle] Northern Counties East Football League [In reply to] Can't Post or Reply Privately

The only query I have, is where Handsworth Parramore FC are playing next season. Aren't they developing another ground, away from Worksop and nearer Sheffield. I think Kivo might know a little more about this.

I believe Wakefield have left Belle Vue, and will share at Emley next season.
Handsworth played Sheffield League at Olivers Mount last season. I think Handsworth Parramore intend to play there, but if this is not up to standard (and it probably isn't) then they will have to stay in Worksop

Thanks Leo, Wakefield details amended in above post. Parramore left as it is until there is definite information either way.

That's correct, both clubs are local to me. Will be interesting to see if they get drawn against each other in the league cup.

Handsworth Parramore will be playing at Worksop again next season while they develop a ground fit for purpose back in Handsworth.

I'd imagine they'll run a reserve side in the Sheff County Senior taking the place of Handsworth and playing at Olivers Mount.

I think Wakefield have pretty much gone, I am assuming it's too late for any changes and that the Premier will operate with 21 teams

Only 2 teams, that's a bit drastic! Presume it should be 21 Smile
