It is stupid in my opinion, they will get the title tomorrow, then may have to hand it back next week, the Premier League, Football League and FA could not organise the proverbial piss up, this should have been sorted months ago, if they get a points deduction, I am sure 15 has been before, I would feel sorry for Forest who would be pushed out of the play offs. I wouldnt trust the football league to look after a dog, never mind the besr interests of 72 clubs

Simple. Forest lose 0-3 against Palace. Leeds win 3-0 at QPR.

Well, that's certainly possible. But the question is specifically how the assertion that QPR losing points might affect Forest's play-off position.

Which, of course it cannot.

This is because teams whose points total become higher than QPR's will 'shuffle-up' a place each, if and when a deduction occurs.

Professional cretin.

I got my calculations wrong about a possible points deduction, had they recieved a 15 point deduction, as of close of play today would have put them in the Play Offs just behind Fores, it is irrelevant now they have recieved a 865k fine...Maths and Statistics are not my strongest subjects
