Does he still own a percentage in Juventus, if so, what happens to that when assets are frozen, will he be just simply told it'll be taken off him?

I'm disappointed that the unrest hasn't spread to Qatar (yet) because it would be very embarassing for FIFA.
And is Cameron out of his mind in wanting to invade Libya???
Rant over...

Give it time for Qatar, but if Qataris kicked off, it will be in the history books by the time 2022 came around

I agree about an invasion, what is Cameron thinking about, if they want to fight each other, let them, we don't need any of our people to die for what will essentially end up being a new dictatorship, f**k him, let Africa deal with it, this is not about democracy and diplomacy, it is about the 2% of the black gold that Libya is currently sitting...

My rant done

I agree - it has to be dealt with locally. A lot of problems are caused by outside power intervening and the only way countries will grow out of the effects of that are to do with out them.

Having said that, I hope the entrance visa in Libya (and Algeria?!) is lowered by all this!

He's thinking the same as the leadership did when they romped into Kuwait, Iraq and Afghanistan. And usually the UK populace fall for the propaganda spread by the red-top pamphlets which pass for newspapers in this country. Dodgy dictators can be identified by the tea-towels on their heads. White blokes in sharp suits and posh accents are the ones who can be trusted.
When has it EVER been about democracy and diplomacy; if it were, Zimbabwe's regime would have been toppled years ago.

Democracy can rarely if ever be achieved from without. It has to come from the people themselves. It's interesting that it would appear the proposed 'no-fly zone' idea is not popular with Libyans in general. It seems they would rather deal with their issues themselves without outside interference. Fair play to them.

There is only one word that sums up any UK involvement in this....

Oil.

End of.
