Not just the BBC, Sky Sports too. Even your own website has Law, rather than Moore, listed in the team line-ups. Probably just a typo that's been picked up off a central press release.

Northwood, Threave Rovers, Arsenal, Rangers (the real ones, NOT qpr),Watford, Rochdale, queen of the south and a few others.

Team line ups issued by Crewe pre maatch correct, match report reads Moore .
But on the Crewe Alex player profiles we now have 2 number 14's including Law ??

Sounds like a dictation error, Moore - Law say them quickly or over a bad phoneline and a copy typist could easy make a mistake.

Should not happen in this day and age when everything is sent electronically

A similar thing happened when I visited Tow Moore Town.

I blame Colin Murray.

Last season the BBC had Darren Kempton rather than Kempson playing for Accrington Stanley. (I haven't checked to see which version is playing for Grimsby this season.) This season it's Charlie Bennett when it should be Barnett. I'm fairly sure they've been told but just can't be bothered to do anything about it.

Wasn't Blackburn striker Roque Santa Cruz once known as SATNA Cruz, because of a balls up by the kitman
