No it is not the stadium where Kansas City Wizards play at.

I'll try and give a quick recap on this on what has possibly been established.

Looking for a current ground in the USA that does not hold more then 10,000 spectactors.
It is not located in a state that ends in the letter A but starts with letters J-M.
The ground is also not located in an Eastern or Pacific timezone.
The ground is perhaps famous/well known for a specific football match.

Winner ! Winner !Winner ! Winner !

Yes the answer is the Francis Field, venue for the 1904 Summer olympic football tournament in St Louis which was the first olympics to give out Gold medals in the footballing event as the 1900 tournament was a demonstration event. It was of course home to NASL soccer side St Louis Stars in the 1970's and is now home to Washington University St Louis Mens and womens football team and also their American football teams. The question regarding famous match played there was a difficult one to call as the match between Galt Fc of Canada and St Roses Parish of USA which Galt FC won 4-0 decided the gold medal in the round robin tournament.

Well done again Michael and over to you for the next one.

That was an inspired guess. I was looking for World Cup qualifiers of which USA played their first in USA for the 1958 World Cup. First one was in Los Angeles which was ruled out second one was in St. Louis. So trawled a bit on St. Louis and there Francis Field was.
