Who is applying for a Welsh Premier licence? Can't Post or

I understand Welshpool Town won't be applying for a licence, is there a definitive list of the 24? (I've read anyway) clubs?

Welshpool announced some time ago that they were not applying. The only hope they had was a new ground development on what is currently Waterloo Rovers ground next door and then the 2 clubs sharing the ground. In the end the cost was prohibitive.
Not only do Welshpool already share with the cricket club to get to Welshpool Rugby Club you have to drive through the football ground and as Waterloo Rovers changing rooms are outside Welshpool's ground players for their games walk through the Welshpool ground sometimes whilst a game is going on.

Druids have pulled out too. Their new ground won't be ready in time.

The League can be classed as pretty unbalanced when you see there is 9 clubs that can be classed as in the North, 4 in the middle and just 5 in the South of Wales. What criteria would clubs have to meet for a licence then? If it was purely on ground; GAP Connahs Quay, Caersws, Airbus UK and Bala Town would in my opinion lose out as well as the two not applying.

Again from the unofficial WPL site, a rough guide to requirements with links to the full regulations http://welsh-premier.com/....php/clubs/licensing

In todays Groundtastic it says that Buckley have been rejected for ground improvements funding, so will not be able to fulfil the ground criteria (and they are probably too far behind in the league anyway to gain promotion). Bala and Airbus are mentioned to have recieved the largest grants for ground improvements, which will presumably allow them to get nearer the relevant standards.
