G - Republic of Ireland's only victory on english soil against England in 1949 at Goodison Park, Everton.

This being the first defeat of England on English soil by a 'foreign' nation. ( ie not by 'home' countries, Scotland/Wales/N.Ire)

Is it the Home Internationals, 1955/6 - presumably the only time a football tournament has had a four-way tie for the title?

Is this a debut win ?

It is indeed the Home International tournament of 1955/56 when as far as I know, for the only time, every participant in a cup competition was declared the winner after a four way tie at a time when goal difference etc didn't count.

Congratulations
