Scotland - Sat November 14 - Double Opportunities Can't Post or Reply Privately

The SFL have written to their member clubs offering them the chance to change kick off times on that day. Apparently Scotland are playing Wales in a Friendly at 3pm which is live on tv, not that many will be interested.

So far, Livingston v Albion Rovers has been moved to a 12 30 KO.

There are likely to be other 'double' opportunities on that day.

.. but not in South Wales, where you will do well to find one meaningful match anywhere. The FAW have banned games within 50 miles of Cardiff, in a vain attempt to boost the crowd at this meaningless friendly. I like many others will be heading across the border, as a result.

I've took the plunge and booked a flight to Northern Ireland, not very often you get doubles there so a chance not to be missed.

To get back to prorege's opener, there might even be the possibility to make a weekend of it in Scotland - where the increasingly open-minded East of Scotland league allow their clubs to move days on international weekends, which is favoured particularly in the Borders (as Friday nights mean no clash with rugby). Keep your eyes open for any alterations...
