Err, Seasons Greetings!

I am visting family in Shropshire from 27 to 29th Dec. On 28th I am going to see Shrewsbury v Bury but I would obviously like to take in a game on the 27th and 29th, preferably in North West, North Wales or West Mids. All suggestions gratefully received.

Nothing like planning in advance!
A good place to check the general fixtures is the monthly fixture list from Tony http://www.tonykempster.co.uk/decfix.htm
There will not be many fixtures in the more junior leagues - a lot do not play for the whole week.

On 27 December you could try the big West Midlands local derby - Stourbridge v Merthyr Tydfil.

Leo, most leagues have a full programme on 27th, it's a Saturday. 26th will be the limited choice this year.

Last ground visited(update requested by Spud): Wellington . New grounds 18/19: 38

I know Nick - and Tony's monthly list shows this.
I will try to find something interesting on the Saturday, while watching Cheltenham's league games on 26/28.
My comment was that I do not expect to find many of the lower leagues (step 7 downwards) not mentioned on the monthly list to play at all between Christmas and the New Year.

Perhaps a little too North-Western, but Gillford Park are at home to Heddon on December 27.

You ask us what the aim is? I tell you it is victory. Victory at all costs, victory in spite of all terror, victory however long and hard the road may be; for without victory, there is no survival. Either that, or fried onions at the tea bar. Fried onions at reasonable cost, fried onions in spite of all terror, fried onions however long and hard the hot-dogs may be; for without fried onions, there are only boiled ones.
