BELGIUM
Mechelen had won promotion, but as a result of the match fixing case, they were not allowed promotion, they have also been banned (by the Belgium FA) from European football for one season (I guess the next time they qualify, if ever), and the FA Cup for one season (I guess 2019-20, although that means a bye as the first and second round numbers have not been adjusted for this). I am still waiting for confirmation that the appeals have all gone against Mechelen, (except the "cheeky" one from Tubize, that suggested that Mechelen should drop to First Amateur)

Mechelen won the Belgian Cup last season, so theoretically should be going into the group stage of this season's Europa League
