Football ground in Longlevens, Hemel Hempstead

Not far north west of Hemel Hempstead Town's ground, there is a football pitch in Longlevens, immediately north of Adeyfield School, and running alongside the road.
There is an old pitch roofed pavilion behind the goal with a decent amount of covered standing in front of it.
Can anyone tell me who plays there, or perhaps more importantly, who played there in the past?
