KF Feronikeli v Can't Post or Reply Privately

The New Saints UEFA CL First Qualifying Round 0-1 (2-3) at Fadil Vokrri (Pristina) 16 July 2019
Main Stand 15 Euro (mine free from TNS)) No prog or badges Team sheet obtained

Attendance not known

This was my 55th and last UEFA country and an excellent performance by TNS after the first 15 minutes. According to UEFA stats Feronikeli had 10 shots with none on target. An excellent win for TNS who had a good reception from the locals after the win.

The ground is easily found in the centre of Pristina.

Travelled with Wizz Air from Luton and on arrival caught the A1 bus to the main bus station. If I had known it would have been easier to alight at Mother Teresa Cathedral which is at the bottom of the pedestrian area. Pristina was a very interesting city.Did not see any pubs although had a beer with a meal. English appeared to be widely spoken and I am sure any English fans will have a great time there.

Taxis from the airport are 15 euros and good value if more than one travelling.

Congratulations Tim
From memory of my 2016 trip , Boulevard Nene Teresa was the best bet for drinking, although along that boulevard not all shops/restaurants,would serve alcohol. From the United Colours of Benetton End one or two of the smaller roads off there on the left would resemble anything near a ‘pub’ most pints were €1 from memory. Thankfully the England supporters heading there will be the top tier lads with highest loyalty points rather than the stag do’s that will surely be heading for the Bulgaria and Czechia games.
