Seems a bit odd that its used as a tie breaker if scores are level then you have to introduce another tie breaker if scores are level again after super over.

In football they do it too. It's called a penalty shoot-out (or "kicks from the penalty mark" as called in the Laws of the Game).

Whatever people say, the tie-breakers are decided well in advance of the competition and the teams know this.

Probably misunderstand your point. If after a penalty shoot out 5 kicks each and scores are level they carry on until one side has scored & one missed alternate kicks.
They don't go back to 90 minutes play and see which team had won most corner kicks.

If a football match is drawn (in a cup game), they (usually) use a tie-breaker - extra-time. If this is also a draw, they use a second tie-breaker - a penalty shoot-out.

After which the result is usually a defeat for England.

At which point everyone complains how unfair penalties are and suggests counting corner kicks instead....Crazy

Quite enjoyed what I saw of the WC. Just a shame that the Ashes still has appeal, or we could get rid of the longer form of the game all together. Would upset a few old gits, but they'd soon get used to watching exciting Cricket like 50 over and 20/20 rather than watching paint dry. Of course it is still possible to get a good finish in the longer form of the game, but give me proper Cricket any day. On Monday whilst at Grace road watching one chap get a 40 ball century, another mate was watching 20 runs in 20 overs down South, how painful must that have been??
