FA Cup - All Ticket Matches Can't Post or Reply Privately

Surprisingly, considering they are not hosting a well supported Football League club, the Hitchin Town v Solihull Moors 1st Round tie on Sunday 11th November is All-Ticket with no cash sales on day, and they have already sold over 1,500 tickets online.

Please post on this thread if you know of any other FA Cup 1st Round ties which have been made all-ticket, and also any ties in future rounds.

Having just looked at the Hitchin website, it appears that there is an option to buy tickets in person but this doesn't take place until Monday 5th November. What if they've sold all their tickets online before then? Seems a bit unfair to old people who may not have access to computers.

Hitchin Town's website says that they have sold on-line tickets to people from 15 different countries, which is a statistic I've never seen before. Presumably this includes England (obviously!) and the next most likely are Wales, Scotland, the two Irelands, Germany, Netherlands (plenty of hoppers in these last two countries who like visiting the UK) and it would be interesting to know the others. Presumably many of these people will be watching an FA Cup game on Saturday too.

If the flags they have used in the tweet to announce this are correct then they have sold them in;

Great Britain, Spain, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, China, Cape Verde, France, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Oman, Denmark, Morocco and the USA.

again, assuming they are the countries which have been sold to then some are very believable whilst others not so much. With some of those countries you have to wonder if people have bought tickets to then re-sell them.

The ticketing site lists away tickets first, worth noting as I'm now in the away end!

Surely the first word being "AWAY" kind of tells you which section you're going to be in...

You seem to struggle with such things. A Wayne Rooney /England thread in the non-league section being another example

Thinking of going to the 8pm Wrexham v Newport County tie after Cherries match at Manchester City on 1st December. Having looked at both clubs' websites it appears the match is All Ticket for Newport fans with no tickets on the day (allocation 780). Wrexham urge all home fans to buy tickets in advance but it doesn't say tickets won't be available on the night. Prices for all areas 15 adults, 10 Under 21/Over 65 and just 3 Under 18/Over 80.

Slough vs Gillingham - Sunday 2pm

Not officially an all ticket match, but tickets may be sold out before Sunday. Also fairly unlikely tickets will be sold on the gate at this point.

*tickets have to be bought in person.
