And there is also the European Championship which runs from October 27 for 3 weekends with France, Ireland, Scotland & Wales playing for World Cup places. The European Championship B which runs from October 6 for 3 weekends with Russia, Serbia & Spain playing for World Cup European play-off places and finally the European Championship C final between Norway and Greece, date to be confirmed but will be in 2019.

There were some good attendances for the Championship C qualifiers which were better than some League 1 teams get, with about 1000 watching Czech Rep v Norway.

Of which nearly half - Hong Kong, Japan, Poland, Solomon Islands and Turkey, cannot even make the semi-finals by the way the event is structured.
