Greenwich Borough are a couple of years in to a 30 year lease at the ground though that answers nothing on who the main tenants are (they could be joint) my guess on the switching to the Sunday is simply to get a larger gate. Only 40 odd miles separate the clubs so it more than makes sense.

Greenwich appear to be head tenants

I went to see Hailsham play Cray Valley PM away in the Vase earlier this season. On my previous visit to the ground some years back, Cray Valley were the only side using the place but this time all the Greenwich signage at the ground did suggest a change in the pecking order

Just because you're paranoid, it doesn't mean they're not out to get you.

It used to be Cray Valley PM's ground, but Greenwich Borough are now the main tenants, (although I don't know the precise arrangement). That's why the ground is now all liveried up in red & black, as someone else has mentioned. However, priority for fixtures depends on which club is highest in the pyramid. Greenwich Borough are at Step 4 and Cray V are at Step 5, which is why the latter have to play on a Sunday when Greenwich are at home on the Saturday.

Interestingly, there is a very good chance that Cray V will get promoted from the SCEFL, and that Greenwich will be relegated from the IL1SE, at the end of the season - in which case Cray V will then have first dibbs on playing at Badgers Sports Ground on the Saturday, in spite of the ground ownership situation.
