However, both Kirkbymoorside and Malton & Norton are missing. Malton's reserves are in the reserve section so I suspect a decision is being made as to which of the sides play in the Premier, and which in division one next season.
New teams are Walnut Tree, Helperby United (from Harrogate League), Wombleton Wanderers (from Beckett League) plus the reserve teams of Rawcliffe and Sporting Knavesmire.
The Raj are now The Beagle and three teams have a double promotion from div 4 to div 2 (including, for some reason, Huntington who finished second bottom of div4)
Moor Lane appear to have withdrawn and the first team structure is reduced from five to four divisions.

Correct, the last team in the Prem Div will be decided by a vote at the AGM (20th) to decide. This is Pocklington 2nds were second and cannot be promoted, as their first team already occupied a Step 7 league (Humber Premier).

Is York & District step 7 still?
I believe it is the only Step 7 league in the entire country where I do not have a single ground tick!

Yes, it is still a step 7 league.

Come up sometime, there are some nice places to watch football, but no grounds as you would expect.

If I am expecting fields with ropes?

Although York RI was Northern Counties (East) when I went, it was not exactly a developed ground - just sad to see it drop out of this league.

Are they out of football altogether?

If you time it right, there may even be grass on those fields :)

York RI lost a number of players this season, but have a strong U19 team, so are planning to re enter next season.

As Pocklington (winners of Div 1) cannot be promoted to the premier Division, a play-off has been organised tonight (9th May) between the third placed team in Div 1 (Rawcliffe) and the second lowest (Sporting Knavesmire) to decide the remaining team for the Premier Division for the 2019/20 season.

Kick-off 6.45 at Huntington Rovers.
