But the forecasters are being very cagey about what we're going to get at the end of next week, they keep saying "we're keeping an eye on it"

Should we take it from that that they don't usually bother to keep an eye on things? Crazy

Unfortunately I'll not be at Norfolk u18 v Gloucestershire U18 in FA County Youth Cup Semi Final which is be played at The FDC, Bowthorpe with an 11-30 kick off which gives several double opportunities even if extra time and penalties occur.

Thanks for pointing that one out, if weather ok then I'll go here before;

Gt Yarmouth V Felixstowe

But the forecasters are being very cagey about what we're going to get at the end of next week, they keep saying "we're keeping an eye on it", but it doesn't sound too brilliant. As Yarmouth's pitch is the worst in the league, I fully expect plan B to be put into operation.

No worries probably wrong place to highlight it but I thought at least it would be seen here.

Watford FC supporter hence the name also follow Hull FC but rarely get to see either these days.

Have now visited over 800 grounds, progress in recent years has been rather slow and will continue to be as things stand.

It'll be a choice of one of the following depending on weather/postponements

1) Chipstead vs AFC Mottingham (Kent County Div 1 West)
2) Halstead United vs Malgo
3) Deal Town vs Bearsted

2.00 Corfe Castle v Corfe Mullen United (Dorset Senior League)

Well Tim, if you go, see if you can nail the story that when Luther Blissett was playing for Bournemouth and lived near there, his gaff was called 'Far Corfe'!!
I'd love that to be true...!

Southern League Premier Division
Slough Town v St. Neots Town

Change of plan. I'd forgotten Slough play on plastic so unless it's a dodgy weather day we'll head for...

As the County youth game at the FDC has been put back a week, and with the weather set fair, I'll head for Wales.

1 bit of egg chasing, 1 new ground and 1 revisit.

RGC1404 V Swansea 12-00
Llanrwst V Llanberis 14-30
Bala V Cardiff MU 17-30

Unsurprisingly, the nerve-fest that will be Vase QF @ Oakfield

Melksham Town v Thatcham Town - I think we are looking at over 1,500 crowd for this?

Tempted by this one too

Make sure the under-terrace heating is switched on, eh Digdagdog?

Looking at Catholic United v Sporting Hackney in the ART.

Struggling a bit if this is frozen off - may be too late to get to a WMRL or NCEL venue, so keeping an eye on Jarvis Brook v Cowfold (SCL2). Springfield in EOL1 (3G) is the fall back option - if that falls too I'll just have to endure another second half of hell at Col U v Barnet!

That plan went out the window quick, as the society have planned a trip to:

South Shields vs Radcliffe Borough - Northern Premier Division One North

Might double up with City of God Church Walker vs Hillsong Newcastle in the North East Christian Fellowship League at 1030 if I can be arsed getting up

Grounds visited: 240
Last new ground: Millfield (Crook Town)
Next planned fixture: Unsure

Springfield was grass when I went there for an ART game in October 2016. It could have been converted to 3G in the summer of 2017, although I honestly don't know.

Jarvis Brook is probably more likely to fall victim to frost than Catholic United if you consider the respective geography of the two venues.
