Margin debt, that is borrowed monies to invest, is now reaching levels that we have never before seen.
With the Stock Market trading at record levels driven by Margin Debt are we due for a correction?
If it does happen this year then I expect the correction to be massive and will dwarf what was seen in the dot com bubble and housing bubble crash of 2007/08

In April the minimum contributions for workplace pensions goes up quite a bit. Presumably this will mean hundreds of millions of extra pounds needing to be invested somewhere, such as equities.
