Not looking great for West Midlands League Division 2 outfit AFC Wednesbury. Their last two "results" on Full Time are an abandonment and a walkover for Northfield Town, while their next two games are shown as postponed. Not as yet removed from the league table.

Are we talking completely separate or “loophole” separate.

There’s separate in the eyes of the FA, registering separately etc, like North Leigh United, Brackley Town Saints, Team Bury, Chippenham Park, when everyone knows they are still linked to the parent club.

Then there are actual COMPLETE splits from the parent club like Redditch Borough and Biggleswade FC, where they are no longer linked in any way to their previous parent club that they spawned from.

So which are Coggeshall United?

Visiting Wednesday - so will find out - it looks like it may be a bit of both- Team Bury/Biggleswade.

A youth academy type set up- where they look to place players in teams in higher leagues not just Coggeshall Town - they have already had a couple of players move to teams higher up the pyramid in Essex

I wonder if this isn't to do with trying to get there Reserves into the new regionalised ECL1. With the first team potentially being promoted from the ECL Prem then they might not needed to have done it though.

Another one gone from Cornwall, Chacewater from the Trelawny League Premier Division. Just last season they had two teams, had to fold the reserves in pre-season and now the first team gone in October.

Another one from what is turning out to be a bad season down here in Cornwall - Mabe from Trelawny League Division One.

Further north (a long way further north), two teams from the East Riding County League have resigned recently - AFC Orchard from the Premier Division, and and Hornsea Town "A" from the bottom division (Division Six)

Ipswich Wanderers of the Thurlow Nunn (Eastern Counties) Premier are in trouble - playing budget now suspended, players will continue to play for the club but for nothing- not sure how long that will last. The club are looking to withdraw from the Thurlow Nunn Reserve League

That's four clubs that the GCL has now lost this season.

Tooting & Mitcham Wanderers have FINALLY been removed from the Middlesex County League Premier Division table.

Does anyone know why it took the league so long to remove them and expunge their one result (which was a w/o win for Kensington Dragons - the only loser from the expungement...I think I have just made that word up!)

A few more I don't think have been mentioned on here yet:

Lancashire Amateur League Division Five - Old Boltonians

Leicester & District League Division Two - Narborough Foxes
Leicester & District League Division Three - CFA

Today's batch

Liverpool Old Boys Div 2 - Liobians (their teams in Division 3 & 4 remain intact)

Neath League Reserve Division 3 - Mond third team

In addition, report on the Cornwall Football Forum are saying Illogan RBL thirds are toast, due to the players in that team refusing to step up and play for the reserves last weekend meaning they had to concede the reserves' game.

Not a closure to report, which makes a change but Brenhill View of the Wiltshire League appear to have become just Bremhill. They certainly started off as Bremhill View so strange to change name mid-season!
