League cup draw delayed by an hour because of a 'technical issue'.

Is that because it's so hard to put 8 balls in a bag and draw them out, one after another?

Once again the League have shot themselves in the foot by trying to do something completely unnecessary with the draw for this competition. This time it was due to be done live of Twitter, for absolutely no good reason.

Arsenal, Chelsea, Man City and Man Utd all kept apart in a draw that doesn't appear to be very transparent.

Bristol City v Manchester United
Arsenal v West Ham
Leicester City v Manchester City
Chelsea v Bournemouth

Perhaps the "technical issue" was that some balls melted during the heating process Wink

Just because you're paranoid, it doesn't mean they're not out to get you.

Norwich boss Daniel Farke added: “I think the rule has changed but it is complicated.”

Carabao Cup Rule 10 states: “Each team is permitted up to seven substitutes of whom not more than three may take part in the match.

“Where any match goes to extra-time each club will be permitted to use an additional sub (in extra-time only).”

If that's 'complicated' then Farke (who he ed?) must have the brains of a rocking horse...

So Arsenal didn't cheat? That's not the Carabao Cup way!
