As far as I'm concerned, Blair is a war criminal who should be tried at The Hague.

Unlikely ever to happen, and to balance things a bit, the people of Northern Ireland, and more particularly, Sierra Leone, will remember him with gratitude.

Indeed.

Iraq and Blair's poodlesque behaviour towards Bush was a disaster.

However his very real achievements as you mention should not be allowed to be totally ignored.

Powell's quote about failure perhaps applies here

TBH, it's hard to find someone better than Blair to help swing the tide back to Brexit. All he has to say is 'remain' and the country will withdraw with haste.

Now there you have a point Cool

Probably be best for the Remain cause if he stuck to his highly successful middle east peace initiatives Crazy

The Tory Cabinet seems to have lost all discipline now that the PM's authority has disappeared down the plug hole. They seem to be determined to fight each other like cats in a sack. This promises much entertainment over coming months but you wonder how they can successfully negotiate any sort of deal with the EU.

Presumably, the only thing currently preventing a complete Tory implosion is the fear of what the electorate would do to them if they had to call yet another national vote. Known as having to hang together for fear of otherwise hanging separately.
