Help: I have recently caught the above bug on my PC.

Being an elderly non computer man, does anyone have a simple solution please?

Here's a good solution, hope you find it useful,
  1. Shut down PC,
  2. Boot PC in "Safe Mode with Networking", Press F8 immediately after the RAM check has finished during the boot sequence (you may have to restart a few times to get the timing right) and use the arrow keys to navigate to the right option,
  3. Open IE, google, download, and install MalwareBytes Free Edition, let it update to latest definitions,
  4. Run MalwareBytes in Safe Mode and choose to fix any errors it finds,
  5. Reboot PC into full windows.
Running MalwareBytes in safe mode allows it to find any rogue programs before they get loaded into RAM and get a chance to get their defences up meaning a much easier removal of the rogue malware.



Northwood, Threave Rovers, Arsenal, Rangers (the real ones, NOT qpr),Watford, Rochdale, queen of the south and a few others.

Then ditch Internet Explorer for a different browser.
