UEFA Champions League and Domestic Competitions Can't Post or Reply Privately

Can anyone clarify the rules regarding matches in domestic competitions on the same night as UEFA Champions League matches. We recently had the FA having to seek permission to play an FA Cup replay Hull City vs Arsenal which kicked off earlier than usual and was played on a Champions League night. Tonight Aberdeen vs Kilmarnock in the Scottish Premier League and Champions League match day 6, so what are the current rules regarding domestic league (top tier) & cup matches being played on the same night as Champions league matches?

The feeling of utter devastation when you pick up your mug and realise you already finished your tea.

I believe it's an agreement between UEFA and the various leagues/FAs, rather than a centrally imposed rule.

Just because you're paranoid, it doesn't mean they're not out to get you.

There is a Memorandum of Understanding agreed between UEFA and the various Leagues. See article 3.4
