Suttons's substitute keeper Wayne Shaw is being investigated by the FA & the Gaming Commission for eating a pie during the match against Arsenal. Before Monday's game, a bookmaker offered odds of 8-1 that Shaw would eat a pie on camera during the match. Shaw dismisses the claims saying it wasn't a pie, it was a pasty and that he wanted to get to the after match game buffet before Theo Walcott.. Arsenal are considering asking the FA for the game to be replayed and that the pie stall be closed during the duration of any replayed game. Weigh-Watchers will send a counsellor to speak to a distraught Mr Shaw.

The fact that he's about 15 stone overweight or that he was eating a pie in the dug out?

What a great advert for non league football, a load of overweight pie munching slobs. Rather sad that this publicity seeking buffoon has overshadowed the biggest nights in the clubs history. The latest suggests that he has now left the club, too late the damage is doneMad!
