...the Hertfordshire Prison and Constabulary Inspectorate, who I am sure
must be fit for some kind of purpose during their daily routine but, on a surprise
visit to the Watford custody suite last May, it was discovered that...

Images taken at the police station cell were not pixelated on screen
and detainees could be seen while in a custody cell toilet.

A lack of toilet paper was also identified as an issue, although the force was
praised for 'the amount [of] reading material it provided'.

*The 'of' was missing from the original BBC copy.

FA Vase semi programme wanted: 2001 Taunton v Clitheroe.

Think toilet paper and soap are actually a rare commodity these days. Noticed they week virtually every loo I have been in this week have been devoid of both. Worryingly one was a Care Home. Pubs and restaurants never seem to have soap in loos these days, not very good for hygiene. Ladies tell me it's not just the gents that are missing these essentials.

We must be lucky down here , both sets of public toilets in Eastbourne town centre do have paper, soap and hot running water , in pubs these days what is missing most are locks on the door!!!
