Sad news. There is also a non-League link as Brian Lomax supported Altrincham home and away in our Cheshire County League days.

Brian lived just outside Rugby in the village of Barby. Alongside all his work in support of football clubs in general and Northampton in particular he was the Chief Executive of the Mayday Trust charity in Rugby. (Mayday work with people with learning disabilities)

Sad news a a big loss.
