The Foxes fan at my work was a couple of weeks ago banging on about them going for a big name manager like Klopp & the owners wanting CL football within 3 years. I can Championship & not Champions league football within 3 yearsSly

Hardly a big name is he but he will not take club down because he will get the bullet if they look to be heading in that direction. The talk of Klopp was absolute crap and there is not one person who believed it. City were doing well and making progress but as always happens they go and shoot themselves in the foot.

I don't think you'd describe what Pearson's old boy was doing. As shooting themselves in the foot.Laugh
He's not been seen since, but I've heard his old man has had the patio doneTongue

Well Claudio hasn't done too badly so far. Perhaps CL football within 3 years is not the impossible dream that most thought. Particularly as Jose has decided that they will drop out of the race at the top to give others a chance.
I bet Leicester fans are happier with that their club went with Claudio rather than Klopp at the moment.

Do you believe they genuinely chose not to appoint Klopp?
It's like saying I chose not to boff Kylie Minogue.

Didn't think that for 1 minute. Just that I saw further up this thread that he had been linked with the job.

I was tongue-in-cheek against our rivals. But it's easy to jump on it when you make no predictions & only sniff out others lack of judgment!
