Wessex League 2015/16 Can't Post or

The Newbury Weekly News has the following in this weeks edition

"The Wessex League have newly formed Salisbury FC as Premier Division members next season, while Alton Town have switched back from the Combined Counties League to join Division One, which will also include AFC Stoneham from the Hampshire League and Portland United from the Dorset Premier League."

Reading it a couple of times I presume that it is a press release(?) as it seems to have to much detail for a local paper to write off it's own back, think we have guessed / know all these movements already. Don't shoot the messenger if it's wrong only quoting from the paper.

The Sydenhams Wessex League have released their first week of fixtures and League Cup draw at tonight's AGM ... they are going with 21 teams (Winchester City now promoted) in the Premier and 16 teams in Divison 1 .. the four new teams of Salisbury, Sholing, AFC Stoneham and Portland United will all be playing "away" on the first day of the league season (8th Aug '15) ... and somehow all fluke "home" draws in the cup .. Tongue

... and 16 teams in Divison 1 ...

I guess you meant 18 in Div 1. 18 are listed in the first weekend of fixtures in the twitter feed to which you linked.
