Parson Drove (PDFL Div 2) have tweeted that work on their floodlights starts on Monday). Presume they have ambitions for ECL/UCL but it'd be 3 promotions away.

Just remembered this thread and, apart from the usual suspects in the Hellenic, Combined Counties and SCEFL, realised that Stoke Gabriel in the SWP Premier still don't have floodlights, unless I missed it... With the March deadline fast approaching, can we add them to the list of clubs in danger of being demoted from step 6 at the end of the season? (Think we had another thread for that discussion but I'm blowed if I can find it).

A bump-up after seven months! Southern Combination Div 1 new boys Alfold play their first game under their new lights next Tuesday, home to Godalming Town (Reserves?) in the Surrey Premier Cup.

Although the clubs promoted to the North West Counties League are mostly getting their floodlights up and running (I note from Cod of the North's post on WDYG that Wythenshawe Amateurs were fined for being late), there are still no pylons up at Rylands, despite their success on the field of play, and they had to switch kick off time to 2PM yesterday.

Finance can't be a problem there, with Paul Stretford's backing, but I had heard that planning permission had been granted, provided the lights were off at 2100, so I assume they have had to submit a new application for a more realistic time, but that's just my conjecture. Does anybody know anything more concrete?

Obviously, anyone heading to Rylands should double-check the kick off time first.

That's good to hear and in stark contrast to the false info being bandied around during Harleston Town V Mulbarton Wanderers. Looking at their fixtures unless they move a game to a Friday evening I can't see a 7-45 happening this season as things stand.

Watford FC supporter hence the name also follow Hull FC but rarely get to see either these days.

Have now visited over 800 grounds, progress in recent years has been rather slow and will continue to be as things stand.

Since getting promoted to the Hellenic Division 1 West in the summer Newent Town AFC (Gloucestershire) installed floodlights in the Autumn 2018 and are progressing numerous other ground improvements including their first ever stand.

Foley Meir have tweeted that they too have been granted planning permission to put up lights as well as extending their clubhouse. They're aiming for promotion to step 6 this season.
