Given the innovative approach here extensive evaluation is surely required before a Rosco would consider purchasing?
It'll be interesting to see which companies show an interest, assuming that the evaluation is positive. Northern seems the most obvious, but perhaps they would be an option for the Valley Lines if electrification falls through. At which point some of the locals might start to wonder why they voted for Brexit.

Yes, but I like the new look of the train, at least give it a chance. It is only a trail.
Also the class 802 is replacing the rest of the HST sets that go to Cornwall. The 802 is slightly different than the 800 and 801 for some reason it can go to Cornwall.


Class 802s have more pulling power and fuel tanks as there are more gradients and non-electrified sections on the Cornwall route.
