All are charged with fraudulent activity. The three from the administrators are also charged with attempting to pervert the course of justice. The lawyer is additionally charged under the Companies Act 2003.

An arrest warrant for Craig Whyte has also been issued.

Why are they at fault for this? Its what fans have been demanding for ages now...

"The liquidators of The Rangers Football Club plc have secured a 24m payment from lawyers who acted for Craig Whyte when he bought the club in 2011.

In BDO's latest statement to creditors, they reveal that Collyer Bristow agreed to settle the matter out of court.

BDO also asked administrators Duff and Phelps for "detailed explanations regarding certain aspects of the strategy implemented by them".

They have also agreed to part fund the ongoing defence of Rangers use of EBTs.

The defence in being led by the Murray Group, the company of former Rangers owner Sir David Murray who sold the club to Craig Whyte for 1 in 2011."

Craig Whyte has been arrested in Mexico on a warrant in relation to the goings on at Ibrox.


He has been apprehended at Heathrow and is one his way to Glasgow.

All happened rather quick then i realised he was refused entry into Mexico so extradition wasn't needed.He should have tried Rio!

Whyte got bail in court, i thought he might have been remanded as as a flight risk.
